WiiCal respects your privacy and handles personal and usage data appropriately.
Information we collect: account data (email address, display name, avatar), user-generated content (calendars, schedules, public activity, reports), access logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, paths, latency), event logs (actions, page type, target IDs, optional properties), and identifiers stored in cookies/local storage as needed.
Purpose of use: authentication, service delivery, feature improvement, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and customer support. We do not sell personal information. Disclosure to third parties is limited to what is required by law or necessary to operate the service.
Third-party services: We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google Analytics for analytics, Sentry for error monitoring, and Google Forms for contact inquiries. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies. Embedded content (e.g., YouTube) may also collect data by the respective providers.
Public information: Public calendars, schedules, and profile details (display name/avatar) may be visible to others. This privacy policy may be updated as needed and changes will be posted on this page.
